Zusammenfassung: | <jats:title>Abstract</jats:title><jats:p>A chromatographic adsorbent has been developed for the separation of geometric isomers of fatty acid methyl esters. The adsorbent consists of silicic acid impregnated with silver nitrate.</jats:p><jats:p>Quantitative separations of saturated,<jats:italic>cis</jats:italic>‐, and<jats:italic>trans</jats:italic>‐monoenoic and polyenoic methyl esters in 30 to 100 mg quantities are reported.</jats:p> |
